A system can work and still not be ready to run, verify, maintain, or hand off. The same is true when an AI initiative remains a demo, a platform outgrows its architecture, or delivery moves forward without clear quality evidence. Cenit Labs works on that gap.

Security and confidentiality with explicit scope

In its own systems, Cenit Labs limits access by need and separates production from non-production credentials.

Secrets are managed outside source control, and operational logs use approved fields to reduce the risk of exposing sensitive information.

Material decisions, acceptance criteria, release gates, and runbooks leave reviewable evidence before and after a release.

These practices describe how Cenit Labs builds and operates its own systems; the controls and terms for each client project are agreed and documented for that scope.
