This notice explains how Estilo Badi SpA, operating under the Cenit Labs brand, processes data submitted through the contact form.
Data we collect
We collect your name, work email, company, country, the related service or initiative, and the information you include in your inquiry. We may also process the language, source page, submission date and time, a technical request identifier, and security signals necessary to prevent abuse.
Do not submit passwords, credentials, financial information, health data, or other sensitive personal data through this form.
Purposes
We use this information to evaluate, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry, assign it to the Cenit Labs team, operate and protect the form, and maintain an operational record of the conversation.
We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications, sell the submitted data, or use it for unsolicited commercial communications.
Technology providers
Cloudflare, Resend, and Google Workspace may process information to provide hosting, abuse protection, and transactional email services. Some processing may take place outside Chile under the applicable terms and safeguards of those providers.
Retention
Inquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship will be retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction and will then be deleted or anonymized. Where a contractual relationship exists, information may be retained according to applicable contractual, accounting, tax, or legal obligations.
Requests regarding your data
You may request access, correction, deletion, or another applicable action regarding your data by writing to contacto@cenitlabs.cl.
Security and responsible use
Do not submit passwords, credentials, financial information, health data, or other sensitive information through this form. Cenit Labs uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the form and limit access to the information.
