Capabilities to turn complex challenges into reliable systems.

We organize the work around the problem and the expected outcome. Each initiative combines the product, architecture, engineering, integration, quality, and operational-readiness capabilities it needs.

01Capability

AI & Intelligent Automation

We design AI products, agents, copilots, enterprise search, and automation connected to real business workflows, data, and controls.

The problem
Repetitive decisions and recurring questions consume expert time, and the information needed to resolve them is spread across systems that do not talk to each other.
Enables
Answers with verifiable sources. Assisted decisions with an identifiable owner. Exceptions that reach a person instead of resolving silently.

What we design or build

  • AI Agents & Copilots
  • Enterprise Knowledge & RAG Solutions
  • AI Product Development
  • Workflow and decision automation
  • Evaluation, human approval, escalation, and operational integration

Typical deliverables

Decision map and system boundaries · evaluation set · integration with the real workflow · operating documentation

Controls

Cited sources · honest behavior when evidence is missing · human approval by risk · traceability for every action

With your team

We define with the process owners which decisions the system may take and which require human approval, before a line of code is written.

02Capability

Digital Product & Platform Engineering

We build and evolve products, applications, web platforms, and digital experiences from discovery through go-live.

The problem
A product idea moves forward until architecture, authentication, administration, or the content model becomes the bottleneck no one defined in time.
Enables
Usable increments early on. A foundation you can keep building on. Platform decisions made before changing them becomes expensive.

Typical deliverables

Target architecture · usable increments · content model · acceptance criteria · operating documentation

Controls

Architecture review before building · quality built in during development · code ownership defined from the start

With your team

We work with product and technology owners on the same backlog, with acceptance criteria agreed in writing.

03Capability

Data, Integrations & Modernization

We connect systems, put information flows in order, and modernize platforms incrementally to reduce risk and improve the ability to change.

The problem
Critical data travels through manual transfers or integrations that fail without explaining why, and the legacy platform makes every change the business needs more expensive.
Enables
Flows that can be audited and retried. Migration by capability instead of a full rewrite. A roadmap of reversible decisions.

Typical deliverables

Current-state inventory · integration contracts · behavior baseline · capability-based roadmap

Controls

Idempotency · traceability · secret management · recovery paths · declared operational ownership

With your team

We capture current behavior with the people who operate the system today, before proposing a target architecture.

04Capability

Quality Engineering

We design strategies and automation that deliver reliable evidence to release software, diagnose failures, and protect critical business workflows.

The problem
When automation is unstable or difficult to interpret, the team cannot distinguish a product regression from a data or environment issue.
Enables
Release decisions based on evidence. Fast diagnosis of where a failure comes from. Coverage placed where the real business risk is.

  • CI quality gates and test reliability
  • Evidence, reporting, and defect triage

Typical deliverables

Coverage strategy · operable automated suite · evidence reports · triage process · CI gates

Controls

Determinism · instability treated as a defect · evidence that supports a decision, not a decorative dashboard

With your team

We agree on risk criteria with business and technology, and leave the suite operable by the internal team.

05Capability

Embedded Engineering Teams

We embed specialized capacity with continuous technical ownership into client teams, accountable for delivery, quality, documentation, and transfer.

The problem
The initiative needs a capability the team does not have today, and adding capacity without clear responsibilities can increase coordination without improving the outcome.
Enables
Capacity that joins the existing delivery cycle without rebuilding it. Risks escalated in time. An explicit transfer plan so knowledge remains with the team.

Typical deliverables

Controls

Accountability for the deliverable, not the hours · risks escalated in writing · no permanent dependency by design

With your team

We integrate into your roadmap, your ceremonies, and your tools, with a transition plan agreed from day one.

06Capability

Cloud & Delivery Enablement

We improve environments, delivery automation, configuration, observability, and operational readiness according to the product's risk and ownership model.

The problem
Releasing becomes a risky event: environments differ, configuration lives in someone’s memory, and rollback procedures are either untested or lack clearly defined owners.
Enables
Releases that stop being an event. A tested rollback path. Explicit operational ownership after handoff.

Declared scope

Scope is defined by risk. We do not offer permanent monitoring, universal infrastructure as code, penetration testing, or certifications.

Typical deliverables

With your team

We fit the scope to the real risk and the ownership model your organization can sustain, not to a generic standard.

Connection model

No single capability solves a real challenge on its own.

An AI initiative usually needs product, data, quality, and delivery. A modernization program usually needs integration, testing, and enablement. The matrix shows which capabilities are activated most often around each starting point.

  • Activated often
  • Case by case

The model is defined after understanding the challenge. None of these formats is an hourly staffing arrangement.

Frequently asked questions

How does an engagement begin?

You write to us with the context of your challenge. The team reviews company, problem, urgency, and the requested capability, and replies by asking for any missing context, proposing a 30-minute discovery conversation, or respectfully declining the opportunity.

What does an initial phase produce?

An initial phase is usually a technical assessment or a focused pilot: an assessment typically takes 2–4 weeks and a focused pilot 4–10 weeks. It produces explicit scope and architecture decisions, and evidence to decide the next step.

Who should participate?

From Cenit Labs, a principal consultant or solution architect together with the engineering and quality team the challenge requires. From your organization, the decision-maker and subject-matter experts with access to the relevant systems.

How does Cenit Labs work with an existing team?

Specialized capacity is embedded directly into the client's own teams, with continuous technical ownership over delivery, quality, documentation, and transfer — not as a disconnected outside vendor, but working within how the team already operates.

How are quality evidence and handoff defined?

Quality is integrated during construction, not left to the end: risk-based coverage and useful evidence at every stage. Closing out the work includes documentation, handoff, and an explicit plan for the client's team to sustain and evolve what was delivered.

Let's assess which capabilities your challenge needs.
